Venue Listings

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, amenities, and images. Venme reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by venue and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the venue's cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Venme in any way that violates applicable laws, transmits unauthorized advertising, impersonates others, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Venme and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Venme, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms
